General Questions
Our Alberta collection can be used with any 3-way or CFL bulb. The Vanderbilt collection uses a 2-way rocker switch and can be used with any CFL or 1-way bulb. Light bulb wattage specifics are noted on the item page. We recommend using an incadescent 60 watt bulb or GE Reveal 60 watt Spiral Bulbs for a soft, warm light.

The lumber we use is FSC-certified and comes from mills within the US and Canada. Most of our walnut comes from a local mill in Portland, Oregon.
FSC stands for the Forest Stewardship Council, a non-profit organization that sets guidelines and standards for the management and protection of the world's forests and forest products. Companies that apply for certification are evaluated with high standards that ensure their business is conducted in an environmentally responsible way.

Online Payments, Returns and Security

All information regarding your purchase is used only to process your order and is not used by us or anyone else for any other reason.
We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for exchange or store credit. Please email us within 7 days from the time of delivery and we will provide you with a RA number (return authorization) and instructions on how to ship your package back to us. No product may be returned without authorization. All products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, with a copy of the sales receipt. Returns must be sent within 14 days of the RA number issue. Exchanged items will not be sent out until the return item is received by us. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Unfortunately accidents do happen. If there is a delay with your order due to inclement weather, we will do our best to notify you. Your tracking number also includes information on how to contact the shipping carrier.
All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent breakage in transit. If your order is damaged during shipping, please photograph the inside and outside of the box and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please contact us within 5 days of the arrival of your package for instructions.

We ship all of our lamps through FedEx Ground shipping (US) and USPS (Canada, AK, HI, PR).

Please keep in mind that all of our lighting is handcrafted and made to order. Because of these factors, your order may take longer to ship than the usual product ordered online. When we receive your order, we begin processing it immediately. You can expect your item to be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks from the time of purchase.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number that will help you track the shipping status of your package.
Because of the various electrical requirements used by different countries around the world, we do not currently ship our lighting products overseas. We do ship all accessories internationally.

Cancellation Policy
